The position
You will as Account Associate be responsible for the Sales Operations related activities towards a defined set of customers, such as Quote to Order and Billing

Main Responsibilities
  • Be focal point for the quality of the execution of customer requests and day-to-day account activities in order to maintain and enhance customer relationships, provides input and manages improvements related to the department responsibilities
  • Act as owner of the quote to order cycle at tactical level, ensuring QTO-performance is in line with customer expectations. Own customer agreements and acts on them where needed
  • Coordinate activities and preparations regarding contract renewal, repricing and other large projects, to ensure the handover of information to team
  • Report proactively on pending actions (quotes, orders, billing issues etc.) including KPI-management
  • Own customer specific instructions and guidelines (price book, process, customer labeling, PO usage etc.), ensures the documentation is up-to-date so the team members can use it
  • Act as advisor to customers and account teams on Quote To Bill process matters
  • Proactively propose improvements on the Quote To Bill process
  • Work with Billing and Accounts Receivable to resolve invoice, credit notes and payment issues
  • Undertake any other tasks, which may be required helping account managers or the company to reach the 4 objectives: Revenue, Order Intake, CSAT and Accounts Receivable
  • Lead or take part in assigned improvement projects, UAT, Online Quoting Tool etc.

  • 3 to 5 years experience as Sales or Sales administration
  • Very good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Internet explorer
  • Excellent in spoken and written English and Danish
  • A team player that is communicative strong, organized, flexible and used to work independently in a stressful environment. Can work in virtual teams
  • Experienced working towards targets and deadlines
  • Is able to build a network of people, and thus getting things done – building bridges
  • Having a good understanding what influence invoice or payment issues can have on a company’s cash flow
  • Ability to quickly lean new tools an systems
  • Having a good understanding what influence actions have on customer experience and company objectives
