RSA Scandinavia has an ambitious change agenda with many projects and programs that are crucial for our future competitiveness. IT & Change Shared Functions within IT is responsible for driving and staffing change initiatives in the Danish business and across the RSA Scandinavia business. We are now looking to fill positions within our Project Delivery Shared Functions Team.

The position will require travelling pending on initiative, if a Nordic project approx. 2 days per week. The role is based in Copenhagen


Responsibilities and capability requirements:

•Capability to lead projects with work streams cross divisions and competence areas
•Able to run large projects with IT scope and finance related IT projects
•Independently deliver IT initiatives according to existing IT roadmap and Architecture and proactively identify and understand the IT solution when needed
•Lead prioritization synchronization teams and platforms in our Agile delivery model
•Defining and agreeing project scope, outputs, and timescale, quality and cost criteria to ensure business requirements are understood and agreed
•Can manage external vendor sourcing and monitor their performance and budget
•Can independently live up to reporting, business case, governance and financials requirements
•Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions & benefits to enable the achievement of project objectives


Your profile and knowledge:

•A relevant academic background is desirable
•You have at least 3 years of experience in IT project management in line or consulting roles – including people management, planning and managing
•Experience from stakeholder management at all levels
•Can interpret business needs and the drive process of defining solution requirements
•Business case development and Finance- and governance reporting
•Good Communication and presentation (verbal & written) skills
