About the job
At Support Direkte we take on the responsibility of helping our customers with technical IT-issues and to guide them through the usage of our electronical self-help services, such as Hembanken and Mobilbanken. The costumers will reach out to us by phone or e-mail and the complexity of every customer request will vary from case to case as every costumer is different. Therefore our costumer consultants need to take on a listening and patient approach.
You will be part of a dynamic and social support team of 12 team members that all aim at one common goal; to ensure that our customers are met with a dedicated and competent counselling – every time.
We prefer that you have some experience working with IT or hold another technical background – however, this is not a must. The most important thing is that you are able to adapt your IT service according to the costumer’s technical level.
You must be ambitious, independent and outgoing. You have strong communicative skills in English and Swedish – both written and spoken. Moreover, you must be social and enjoy a changing every day environment. Finally, you take great pride in providing the best possible customer service. We use Microsoft’s platforms and therefore you need to be experienced using Microsoft products (Windows Vista/7/8/10 incl. Microsoft Office). You should also have some experience working with Apple products.
The position is temporary due to maternity cover. Start date on June 25th 2018 to November 5th 2018.
It is a full time position (37 hours a week) and work hours are between 7.45 AM and 06.00 PM
Work location: Høje Taastrup (Copenhagen area) with good train connections from Sweden
