This includes full P/L responsibility and direct responsibility for Sales, Offering/Business Management, Marketing and Customer Service Operations. The position reports to the CEO of Broadband Services in Denmark and has three direct reports plus one PA (shared). The total number of employees within the area of responsibility is 60-65. Areas of responsibility Understand and transfer customer needs, competitive activity and market trends into business building initiatives, securing competitiveness and improved market position Develop, plan and execute overall strategy for the consumer segment Sales channel strategy, operations, efficiency and development, including sales forecasting, bonus/incentive programs, optimization of sales acquisition costs, etc. Marketing strategy, planning, operation, including off and online marketing communication, promotion campaigns, dialogue marketing/CLM, etc. Offering/Business Management, including annual business plan, solutions development, end-user pricing, packaging, demand and volume forecasting, launch plans, etc. Manage and optimise customer processes to ensure world class customer experience Create superior customer service in every customer interaction Performance reporting of KPI's Contribute to ensure improved consumer market conditions together with peers (regulatory, terms & conditions, etc.) Establish strong team work and co-operation with key teams and functions within TeliaSonera Contribute to and be active member of BU Management team Required skills/ business experience To succeed in this position you need to have: Strong commercial skills (sales and marketing) within consumer area Experience with end-to-end business / general management as well as operational approach Strong strategical, analytical and executional skills Solid financial understanding Strong influencing, persuasive and collaborative skills International work history and positive experience from working within a group Personal profile It is crucial that you have a "make it happen" and operational profile to ensure that plans are executed and results are achieved. You are used to and thrive in an ever changing business environment where a high level of agility and adaptability is needed. As a leader you have a personal drive and the ability to motivate your people to work towards the common goal. You also have the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in the organisation. Desired background You preferably have a Master degree within commercial and/or business management (a Bachelor degree is accepted). You have been P/L responsible for a business unit – ideally in a subsidiary of a large multinational company. You are communicating fluently in Danish and English and understand Swedish. A general flair for IT and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Understanding of systems normally used in Telco/finance is appreciated. Experience from Telco industry or other service business (IT services, banking, insurance, media, etc.) will be a plus. You must expect approx. 10 travelling days per year.
